Respect: You are not respected unless you stay on the same lines as everyone else. If you think outside of the box or "go against the grain" Your looked at like you have two heads. Then they take your idea and make say they came up with it. Management doesn't practice what they preach. They consistently beat you over the head with "Integrity" then you read a job announcement for a position that was not posted, or better yet we never had one. They lie and if your anything like me you catch them in the lie and they lie about the lie. It makes you think dag were they lying? I have to be honest bonus is good, benefits are good vacation and personal time is good. We should have more sick days and more strict consequences for people that abuse FMLA, Like NO BONUS!!! I'm tried of people working like they are teachers (180 days out the year) and sitting pretty when it comes bonus time.
