There were a few good people who worked here at points, but they all got laid off.

Job description was 100% different than what my job ended up being. Witnessed TONS of turnover and countless layoffs. This company’s idea of fostering good culture is sending out a ChatGPT-written letter for mental health awareness day. In reality, most of the job was dealing with egos and trying to guess what passive-aggressive people wanted from me. Tons of red tape for any actual projects you want to get done. Above all else, this place is absolutely ruthless with layoffs, to the point that my boss was starting to get a negative reputation with the higher-ups for not investing in his employees.
