You will never advance, you will be set up to fail. One of the prevailing WB sayings is, everyone around you are like shadows, they cling to you in the sunlight but they all disappear in the dark times. TLDR: You will be used, gaslit and "supported" until you're not and then you will be shown the door without mercy, grace or tact. Also, do not go on Medical leave - your job will probably not be waiting for you when you return with the way things are going.
