      Flexible schedule, get to work with different productions and meet different people

      Cons

      The pay is very low. The production pays $37 /hr for security, Warner Bros keeps 24/hr and pays the employees 13.79 (below minimum wage) it’s immoral , illegal , and unjust .

      Pros

      Trying to keep teams together, or borrowing talent to help with other project needs. Open to new processes if you propose them.

      Cons

      Leadership direction, a lot of turn over, studios not speaking to one another.
