Pros

You're in Hollywood and you get to see celebrities every now and then. It's cool knowing you're a part of something that everyone enjoys.

Cons

You're in Hollywood. It's the most political and corporate environment you'll ever come across. Infighting is common place among VPs who are more concerned with protecting their jobs and workspace over the success of a department. If you have an idea, you should't share it because it could come off as "against the grain" and you'll either get reprimanded (in my case) or get shafted by the executive in charge that you're not a team player. Been in many meetings where VPs just scream at each other because the other person didn't get their way or because the other person clearly wasn't listening. It's pretty petty at the higher level and very little good comes from it because it's clear everyone cares too much about their own egos over having some humility for once. In terms of hiring - their mentality is "cheaper is better" and they leverage that against you. WB does not pay well if you're anything under a Director. Even for managers it's pretty insulting the amount of hours they expect you to input and the lack of recognition in any regard. You don't want to spend your career here because you won't get recognized. They care more about "how we did things the past few decades" instead of truly innovating. You'll just be a number here and the company culture creates a sense of insecurity and unwillingness to share new ideas because those that do... always get shafted or reprimanded or shut down outright.
