- Senior management fail to lead and inspire their teams. - Strategies are not well thought out which is leading to the demise of the Consumer Products division- unfortunate as it has great potential. - Senior management in Consumer Products do not seem to favour employees who have been loyal to the company for years. - The division is unwilling to invest in the growth of their employees despite promising umpteen opportunities to excel with the company during the interview process. - Staff turnover has been at an all time high within the CP department, yet HR and Senior management refuse to acknowledge that there is an overt issue. - Promotion to senior positions for long-standing employees are rarely implemented, notably amongst ethnic minorities. - Extra hours worked to keep on top of heavy workload is never appreciated.
