      Pros

      Nice settings to work in. Great commissary to eat food. You see well know entertainment people all the time. You can see actual productions outside your workplace.

      Cons

      Highly political. No room for advancement. Mean spirited management. No support for the employees. Everything is cover your rear mentality.

      Trying to keep teams together, or borrowing talent to help with other project needs. Open to new processes if you propose them.

      Cons

      Leadership direction, a lot of turn over, studios not speaking to one another.
