Pathetic work life balance, very stressfull - Software Engineer Walmart Employee Review

Pantry options are reduced. Cafeteria food is very bad, Too much pressure to deliver in very short time. Not that tech savy, pretty crap design and most are monolith systems. Company is looking for cost cutting in all forms. NOT THE SAME company like it was 3years back. They expect people to work like amazon but pay a little more than service based company. GLOBAL TECH SERVICES feels nothing less than a service based company. Feels like a startup were everything needs to be delivered within a day.
