Pros
Working for Wall Street Institute can expose you to a variety of new skills relating to language, teaching, administrative work and sales.
Cons
Considering the extortionate fees this school charges its students, the majority of its staff are underpaid and stressed out. Especially the language teachers who must teach all day, the are paid paid close to the minimum wage whereas other teachers may earn up to double in different institutions. And yet the teachers are not the staff most in contact with the students as the greater part of language learning is carried out on a computer, using software very similar to that of Rosetta Stone. The staff most in contact with the students are the reception team who help organise the students timetable, study patterns, homework and class activities - who also are the least well paid. High stress environment with little payoff.
