Business Outlook
Pros
Opportunity to move between departments for learning experience. The people are nice and the leadership is honest. Great communications between the speciality groups, good sharing of information and resources are readily available. The senior leadership is outstanding. Local Management has a great reputation and is doing a good job of blending the two companines.
Cons
Integration with HRH is slow and needs to be implemented across the nation quickly. The benefits are not as good as the previous brokers that I have worked for. In Houston, we still do not know where our final office space will be. It would be helpful to know that and what the plans for Houston going forward are!
