There are significant opportunities for growth in the development department. Management places a high priority on building both technical and soft skills. Time is dedicated for contributing to open source, giving back to the community and helping you build your career. They also understand that not all talented engineers are talented managers. For this, they have created an advancement track to progress and 'level' in the engineering role without being pigeonholed into management. Both business people, and engineers can advance in a harmonious manner. The work life balance is fantastic. Work loads are appropriately distributed and rarely interfere with personal time.
Cons
Due to rapid growth, real estate space is quite limited. Parking for our location isn't ideal if we're going to nitpick.
