Pros
There are many but for space I will list just a few. First: A lot of opportunity for growth and options in that growth. You won't be stuck in a specific path and your managers will be very open to hear about it. Second: They help you create a work life balance with work from home options and a focus on family and connections. Third: Senior Management is amazing. They are accessible and truly listen when they seek feedback. Fourth: The little things. They recognize individual achievement, anniversaries, birthdays and employee appreciation days. The saying is "The Vistage Family" which many companies like to say but Vistage truly lives it.
Cons
Early in my career at Vistage the was some heavy reporting up and a bit of micro-managment but they found a better way of doing things and made the needed adjustments. My con is actually now a pro.
