Pros
I'm a relatively newer employee but have been in the Executive Recruiting space for the last 15 years. I was with my last company for 10 years and it's always hard leave something you are comfortable with and step into something new. I have to say I have never felt more welcome by an organization. I am a remote employee from Colorado but they flew me in to meet the team and for a week of training and it was such an amazing experience. The Director and team went out of their way to make the new employees feel welcome and at home and it's still feels that way to this day. At my last company I was in charge of building the department from ground up so it was nice to walk into something that was already established. Everything that Vistage does is so well thought out. It really makes the whole process of learning something new very enjoyable. When I first took the role, I had a really good idea what the job entailed, but when I joined and dove deeper into the companies mission, I have never felt more align with my passion and purpose than with this company. They are really doing impactful and meaningful work and I'm grateful to be a part of it.
Cons
Lots of information to retain at first about the role and process
