The whole problem with these guys, which they are blind to, is that they think they want the same people to work for them that they want in their groups. They actually test for this. Its amazing really, that they haven't discovered that who they want for their groups aren't at all who they want as employees. So they test for entrepreneurs/intrapreneurs, decision makers, etc. because these are the people they want for their groups. However, for their employees, they want blind obedience to their rigid processes, their rigid thinking. They do not run the company at all as they teach to run the groups. Its a farse.
