Vistage is the happiest, most growth oriented business I've ever worked at. The people are genuinely wonderful. New staff always comments the same thing, "everyone here is so genuinely nice!" And it's true. My coworkers are intelligent, talented, motivated, funny and focused on growing as people and contributing to the company's vision. We have a clear plan for where we are going as an organization, and all of our hard work results in a very successful company that offers stability and rewards to its employees. Our CEO is inspiring, focused and most importantly competent. He makes right decision after right decision and it creates an environment were good decision making and proactive performance is celebrated and highly rewarded. It doesn't get much better than this company!
