Consistent hours scheduled when you have open availability.
Cons
Management does not care for personal life. Cannot switch shifts. Approve on call segment right before grace period ends. District manager does not keep store level management in line with companies values. Turnover rate is at 80%. can't call out sick even when sick, "occurrences" given out even when turning in doctors note. Management team lets you know that you are replaceable. You will never feel appreciation for coming in early, and staying late on days off. Your time off won't be approved because your help is needed in the store over having a vacation. *but management will always get approved time off*
