      This company offers good salary and benefits.

      Cons

      The inconsistency in their processes is overwhelming. Salaried office employees work an average of 60-70 hours/week and get paid for 40 hours . No real training. Little training, big expectation. Management doesn’t care for employees. No leadership by example.
