Pros

One Pro - How to work like a lunatic 14*7 Second Skill - How to work 9 to 12 Third Skill - How to make Laptop your best friend Fouth Skill - Remain an associate for your whole life

Cons

Overworked Meaningless work profile No career growth A lot of people who work here are clueless about any future growth - Everything depends on the client because it is in every bit a KPO job where people are forced to stick to the screen for 10-12 hours on normal days and 14-15 hours during busy season which lasts 9 months as there will be cross teaming. They have started Germany, Ireland , Singapore, New Zealand God knows how many countries' taxes and I have seen people with 10 years experience learning a new territory tax just to clock their 12 hours target. A lot of people who work here are insecure as they have no skills just are afraid to switch or leave especially if they are from Kolkata location. Honestly. this kind of work culture can leave you seriously unhealthy even in the short run. There is no scope of this KPO job either unless you are in US TAX so. No time to focus on your personal educational courses or certifications as you have no time apart from work.

Pros

-People are actually good for the most part -work is actually pretty interesting - as long as u meet ur deadlines and meetings you can work at times that are best for you -Overall a good place if you're type a overachiever and like to challenge yourself and climb the corporate ladder and enjoy learning or have workaholic tendencies

Cons

-forcing hybrid for new hires while majority of company is remote. Have to work 60+ hours on top of commute time to office is brutal while ppl in ur teams all wfh - bare minimum training . Everyone will be too busy to teach you anything. You just get thrown work at you and you sink or swim. Its completely dreadful and just not an efficient way to learn complex work -the workload is never ending and gets mind numbing after a while -pays so low and you're doing similar hours to other big firms for much less pay -almost no office perks like other big firms no free dinners etc
