No work life balance. You have to work at least 12-13 hours a day plus weekend as well. They will assign you work when you reach home after full day’s work. Everyone working here is trying to leave. No one is able to cope up with the work pressure. This might sound as a rant but trust me, it will be the worst decision of your life if you decide to join this organisation. They also do not pay you under some circumstances. One of my colleagues left within one month of joining and they did not pay any compensation to the guy. It is a Lala company.
