Pros
Remote work, future benefits of no having no FROR, expanded end to end services available.
Cons
Impotent leadership, inexperienced team leading the transition, unforeseen obstacles that should have been foreseen, too many digital people. Coming from a Big 4 environment, this is definitely a step down toward being a boutique/second tier firm. Cash flow issues, cost pressures from CD&R and bleak compensation/staff retention outlook. Glad to be out.
