Pros

I have a strong feeling that the positive reviews on this page were written solely by management because every single person I have spoken to since the transition is talking about quitting. i do not know a single person who is proud to work at Vialto. I worked for PwC during the transition to Vialto Partners. The transition was extremely rocky. There was not a single pro to working at Vialto Partners, although I tried to stick it out for months after the transition. There were issues with pay, benefits, training, company culture, resources, processes and more.

Cons

There is no company culture established at this time. This means that the only/majority of correspondences you will receive from leadership are emails telling you which of your peers didn't log enough client hours. There have been several issues with benefits and pay. When I tried to inquire about the pay issues shortly after the transition, I received no response for over two months. Although they were able to explain the issues in detail and provide legitimate reasoning, the fact that I had a problem with my pay that was effecting my ability to pay for my basic expenses such as rent that was not responded to for months was the thing that really broke my trust with Vialto.

Pros

-People are actually good for the most part -work is actually pretty interesting - as long as u meet ur deadlines and meetings you can work at times that are best for you -Overall a good place if you're type a overachiever and like to challenge yourself and climb the corporate ladder and enjoy learning or have workaholic tendencies

Cons

-forcing hybrid for new hires while majority of company is remote. Have to work 60+ hours on top of commute time to office is brutal while ppl in ur teams all wfh - bare minimum training . Everyone will be too busy to teach you anything. You just get thrown work at you and you sink or swim. Its completely dreadful and just not an efficient way to learn complex work -the workload is never ending and gets mind numbing after a while -pays so low and you're doing similar hours to other big firms for much less pay -almost no office perks like other big firms no free dinners etc
