Pros
Undergoing restructuring which MAY make it more competitive in a few years time, but losing a lot of staff and creating lots of pain in the process
Cons
Frozen bonus bands and lower performance ratings to whole teams to minimise bonus pay outs Salary uncompetitive compared to other organisations in this area When people leave (and there have been many) they don't replace them just pile on more work onto stressed teams
