Employees are expected to perform responsibilities beyond their role, and not rewarded accordingly. Salary is not competitive and lower level new joiners are given contract roles with even lower salary. Extension of contract and probation is to be expected. Poor leadership and managers who are not adding values. Putting people in PIP just to fit a graph and soft termination. Do not expect proper and timely communication from managers. In fact, do not expect anything from the managers. You're on your own, good luck.
