Pros

Supportive teammates Hike decent Good leave balance around 45 days per year Nice infrastructure

Cons

So much of internal politics . If your pkg is high then be ready for lay off. Recently I laid off ,even they laid off 20k employees from usa and india .they don't care about your hard work ,they can terminate you anytime they want, manager play very good role of politician ,all Chennai folks are safe because most of the big leadership team is from Chennai . No work life balance at all, due to onshore dependency life will be in hell .the new CEO is totally dump person ,Whenever he wants he can send termination emails to employee saying due ro organizational re structure we will be reducing the work force. Manager peak names who can be terminated here and then in next day you will get termination email from HR. There is no such innovation here, tech stack is still old, very slow learning, Toxic work culture. Couldn't able to do competition with A&T so evey time they are loosing their customers and for that reason they show their angerness on innocent employee and laid off them.

Pros

Compensation is competitive but you will work very hard for it. Culture is excellent and exhibited and practiced from the top down. Benefits are excellent and cost reasonable. 401k match and profit sharing. Lots of training and professional development opportunities. Can advance if you're willing to relocate.

Cons

Company is trying to transform into what it wants to be beyond a wireless carrier (cloud?, security?, telematics?, wholesaler?, etc) and is struggling with a vision, resources, and org structure to make it a reality. Several re-organizations over last few years so job security has frequently been a question. Often delayed response to competitors caused by management's concern that acting would result in not meeting Wall Street expectations. Not the "happiest" place to work because no result is ever good enough and successes aren't celebrated because the focus is always on the next weekly/monthly/quarterly goal.
