Pros

I loved working for this company during my time, however this may have been strictly based on my personal mangers. During my time I was given many opportunities to learn and grow within the company, and was able to learn so much.

Cons

Recent changes have made it more difficult to grow within the company itself, and has caused employment at the company less of a grantee and more of a hold your breath and see movement.

Pros

People care about the product immensely. Also, WFH 100% is really great as an option.

Cons

PayPal's senior leadership is absolutely clueless on how to move the product forward or grow the company, and this kills the I credible Venmo team's work velocity considerably. Senior leadership also thinks inserting ads everywhere is somehow helpful for the Venmo brand and company as a whole. They (PayPal) just removed sabbatical PTO. Horrendous idea.
