Pros
At first, this job seemed great. Training was fun, the benefits are nice, but you are treated as a statistic. - internet reimbursement - good dental and health insurance *** honestly though they are not good enough to outweigh how terrible and mentally burnt out I feel on the job.
Cons
hey tell you your coworkers on your team are not your competitors but in every meeting we talk numbers about who is doing the best and we are put up against our teammates. There is little room for growth. Leads are there to micromanage. Every. minute. of your day is tracked, and cameras are REQUIRED to be on during meetings. There is no freedom it feels like I'm in daycare each day. Oh and did I mention they do not know how to split a workload evenly and most days you are on phones for 4-5 hours? This job is actually very stressful and customers are extremely abusive. Don't let them fool you. In the interview be sure to ask if their turnover rate is high, and why, hopefully they will be honest. I can't believe I have stayed this long.
