- Outdated pay structure, lagging significantly behind industry standards especially in the NYC market. - PTO policy is extremely limited to tenured employees. A major micromanagement issue. - Lacked some of the additional (work life, office, stipends) benefits of others in the industry. - Reputation for high churn in some units. - Longterm growth tied to company growing to support additional headcount and opportunities.
