As the company keeps growing the communication between different teams become more complicated. There is always many things to do, some of them will be urgent and some less, but as you get more experience it gets easier to manage and it's motivate you. We also support our customers in cases which require an engineer, most of the customers are in US and Europe so it requires working at late hours, but it’s pretty rare.
