      Pros

      This company has the energy of a start up but the leadership, experience, structure, and resources of an upper echelon enterprise software company. The salary is competitive, and the benefits are spectacular. I would recommend working here to anyone.

      Cons

      The sales pit does not have a conventional "cube" like layout, which leads to a very loud work environment.

      5 days in office unless at 100 percent quota then get 1 remote day, changing quota/commission requirements alittle too often
