Lots of opportunity to expand your knowledge of their products and to learn about the market that they target. Freedom to become a SME on a topic of your choice, and a real chance to get recognition for doing so. Work from home. Relaxed, stats-driven management.
Cons
Getting up to speed, and staying up to date on current features and company direction, can be difficult for people that are not skilled at self management. Education is there, however it's presented much like a library: "What you want to know is in there, go find it yourself". -- Some people see these Cons as Pros, which is fine, however I wanted to list them in the event some people are not wired to self-manage and/or self-motivate.
