Pros
Varonis is everything it looks like. There is a great team environment with friendly competition, and everyone you meet in the org has your best interest. You will make friends here, and you will have a blast doing it!
Cons
The job requires dedicated organization and a lot of effort to learn and take feedback. You will fail a lot, but it's always worth the office applause when you succeed. It is also a lot of time put in, you are able to work overtime, but the hours can be long!
