Pros
Decent pay depending on where your at in your career. Most leadership has carried a bag, so they’ve actually sold and aren’t just a “coach”.
Cons
-Not every territory is created equal, some perform way lower and churn through reps. -Management is very bro culture and while they have sold, they’ve sold in vastly different markets than what they manage. -Fake Glassdoor reviews. I worked at varonis for over a year and this sounds nothing like anyone on my team would say. -Best accounts snatched up by “ more tenor” reps, basically you better have a book going in or you’ll be hard pressed to hit your number.
