Pros
Varonis is an amazing company to work for! There is so much to learn and so many ways to grow within the company, even across departments if that is your goal. We have benefits starting on day 1, employee stock options, fully stocked kitchens for breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day and fun events throughout the year. We are encouraged to collaborate with our team members as well as with other teams, so you get to work with people from different departments, and in different parts of the country and different parts of the world. Sometimes, there is also opportunity to travel for training or projects to different offices.
Cons
Some would consider the fast pace a con but I think it makes you work harder and work smarter.
