Pros

-Great work environment -Positive team morale -Great Pay if you hit your numbers -Awesome company to work for. Varonis is definitely moving in the right direction. - The product basically sells itself. We are #1 in the industry for what we do and the space we play in, is going to be relevant for years to come -If you put in the time and effort, your work will not go unnoticed and you will be able to move in the company to what ever position you are striving for. - Great benefits and ESPP plan - Training is top notch and it prepares you for your job. Unlike previous companies I have worked for, when you need to drown in the water for awhile before you learn how to swim - Relaxed work culture, casual dress code, fully stocked kitchen (Breakfast / lunch provided everyday), Cell phone allowance, beer Fridays, State of the art break room with ping pong, VR stations, Ps4's, etc....

Cons

-Micromanagement but given the nature of our business, it is needed but not always as much as it is presented -A lot of repetition of hard work and calls everyday -A tough metric to hit but it is attainable but can be determined by rep and territory - Sales and cold calling isn't for everyone, if you aren't going to come in and work hard every day you will fall short on your numbers and start losing motivation. Again, if you come in and work hard it will pay off and the light at the end of the tunnel is very bright when compared to other companies

Pros

Good money and great promotion trajectory

Cons

5 days in office unless at 100 percent quota then get 1 remote day, changing quota/commission requirements alittle too often

Pros

Benefits are great, random gifts throughout the year, top notch team support

Cons

Company is so compartmentalized no one team has any idea of what is going on with another, which is specifically frustrating when it comes to pay/commission. They keep purchasing other companies without properly integrating into the existing product and have to basically re-invent how to use the full potential of said product to interact with what they already have, leaving a lot to be desired. Hiring new positions with specific goals in mind, but have the same title so are treated the same when it comes to OTE creating a substantial pay cut. Especially when they are brought in to make certain parts of the team and product better.
