DM support not consistent, heavy tasks overshadowed customer engagement at times, minimal labor available (172 hours), high turnover, partially due to hours available and partially due to workload, favoritism in upper management, corporate/ DM expectations versus in-store reality not aligned many times, headcount Lord multiple times, labor hours, Lord many times wow in increasing tasks, visuals/ other task completed during business hours (in between customers) Taking away from customer experience.
