Pros

The automotive field is a wide field where you can learn many things in software architecture, embedded systems, software testing and one of the most important standard software architecture that is well known for many automotive OEMS which is AUTOSAR. The company culture supports diversity and you feel that in different teams there. The external activities like outings, charity, team building activities... enrich the working experience with enthusiasm and make the teams feel as if they are one family. The salaries are quite good especially with the bonuses like the referral bonus when new employee refer to you.

Cons

Although the field of automotive makes you learn many things in software engineering, it is some how restricted on the automotive industry which limits the chances of moving to any nonautomotive companies. The salary package needs some enhancements especially in the transportation allowances.

Pros

Great place to learn and gain hands-on automotive experience. People are generally friendly and easy to get along with, and you’ll be exposed to a lot of technologies and real-world problem solving very quickly.

Cons

Upper management is disorganized and heavily political. Decision making is often chaotic, priorities constantly change, and there is very little work-life balance. Long hours and high stress can burn people out quickly.
