Pros

A school where you can learn a lot. Has a sound culture. Health Insurance is really satisfying, you receive some benefits every 3 months at around a range of 400 liras depending on the improvement targets. They have a doctor for one shift. They provide shuttles and free food at lunch plus you could also dine after 6 pm before you leave the work if you do not use shuttles.

Cons

Upper management could have been better, there is no transparency in the escalation process, lobby is the key rather than your talents. A professional company with less professional employees.

Pros

Great place to learn and gain hands-on automotive experience. People are generally friendly and easy to get along with, and you’ll be exposed to a lot of technologies and real-world problem solving very quickly.

Cons

Upper management is disorganized and heavily political. Decision making is often chaotic, priorities constantly change, and there is very little work-life balance. Long hours and high stress can burn people out quickly.
