-- Managers are very much selfish and they do only think about their own benefits. They don't work for the company's growth -- Salary distribution is uneven. Lateral entry engineer are very less paid as compared to the GETs and METs -- Work culture is too bad. A type of monopoly is existing in VITC. -- Salary of an experience engineer is much less than an Engineer-Trainee. They are not even trying to correct it. -- when ever a visit happening in the company by higher officials like CTO, CEO etc... these stupid management will cheat by painting their building, removing the faulty objects and shifting their scraps from the premises. These are all fake things doing to get the good certificate from higher officials.
