      -Flexible hours -Medical Insurance and benefits -Good salary for egypt's standards -Depending on the team but my team provides career growth opportunities

      -Planning and management needs improvement -projects timelines are very demanding . -work life balance is dependent on the team for example my team is very demanding which destroys balance needed for well being of employee . -Resource utilization is not very effiecent

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years

      Ii truly don't have any problems or concerns or complaints with my work its a fun easy process for me I love working here
