-Valeo globally is one among the best places to work. - Valeo gives atmost importance to its employees. - Best company in having a Personal and Professional balance life. - Provides good salary as well when compared to industry standards.
Cons
-Current VITC management has there own culture and trying to forcefully implement it on the employees. - Threatening employees to quit the company like those happened in some well known IT companies during recession. - Employees who resigned, were asked to send mail in favour of VITC management agreeing that they are moving out of company as they are underperformers and not because of any other issue.
