Decent rate as an ASM with some negotiability Depending on staffing and work load, decent amount of time to go skiing. Great coworkers. A good place to familiarize yourself with rental and retail operations, not a long term job by any means
Cons
After promoted to Assistant Manager, lost employee housing? Apparently $25 an hour justifies paying exorbitant ski town rent. Total disconnect between corporate and frontline employees. Corporate is clueless, frequently misdirected, and will make you follow their guidance.
