Not worth it - Store Manager Vail Resorts Retail Employee Review

Last year they took away the last benefit that made working Retail worth it-cost plus ten on merchandise. Now every department has access to that discount and I would recommend any department over Retail. You will work every holiday, late at night when most other departments are done 4-6pm and upper leadership has a-do what I say not as I do mentality.
