great at first summer became a nightmare - Supervisor Vail Resorts Retail Employee Review

They say opportunities are available and that training is one of their priorities. This is where they fall short. It's 'Non-Existant' & it is not who is qualified for the position that gets one hired it's who you know that will get you in the door. Seems unfair and not within the guidelines of employment laws.
