Pros
-off early on Fridays -ski pass -discount on merchandise -most people there are fun to work with -simple, easy work
Cons
-very low pay, even compared to other warehouses -employees have no sway over the decisions management makes and their input is ignored -managment is a complete boys club, doesn't treat women particularly well -managment does very little aside from hanging out with the old boys club every day -managment has very little understanding of what is going on -not union -severley cuts hours when it's slow, which it is about half the time, end up working 30 or fewer hours a week some weeks, even leaving as early as 9 or 10 pm -almost all sick time and pto go to covering the days they send you home early -temps, good lord temps. consistently awful who more often than not are more harmful than helpful. and occasionally downright insane. management does not seem to care about this, has no interest in changing it at all -little notice on overtime, overtime is very early in the morning -quality employees are leaned on to do far more work than should be expected of them, they end up having to carry employees who are incredibly slow and usually will spend an entire day on their phone or just talking to people. -if you don't feel like working and you want to screw around most of the time the previous point could be a positive for you I guess -horrifically monotonous work - I'm sure a bunch of other stuff I'm forgetting
