Pros
Everyone is working in the same industry because they share the same passion They are not there for the paychecks. Well at least 90% of them
Cons
Sometimes it can be very stressful working morning rush to get people out on the slopes, each consumer thinks they are better and more important than the person next to them. It is impossible to please everyone. Also the $1 a hour extra per day as a up-sell intensive is pretty silly. Skiing should be about the experience and not about the up sale.
