Pros

Benefits- You get to enter the park whenever along with free parking. You also get 25% off food and 35% off merchandise.

Cons

-Toxic Workplace - They advertise a flexible schedule but make sure you put in your availability before hiring otherwise you won’t be able to change it for months. -Probationary period is 65 worked shifts, which will take forever considering they only schedule based off of seniority. -You get treated like your back in high school. Management and leads assume everyone is immature and doesn’t know how to do their job. YOU WILL GET TALKED DOWN TO -unpredictable scheduling ( I’ve had to work until 2am for hhn and came in a 10am the next day. Safe to say I got 0 sleep that night. - They will find any and every loophole in the union contract to exploit.

Pros

Fantastic Benefits, flexible schedule, and can be a fun atmosphere when the day is right. Job is physically easy and depending on the venue, great coworkers.

Cons

Management's don't care about team members. Impossible to developed unless you personally know the hiring manger. While most guest are kind and keep to themselves, the rude guest do not have a problem disrespecting you and getting away with it.
