      The best part of working here is the guests, truly. I loved meeting people from around the world and getting to be a part of the magic.

      Cons

      Management sometimes has "favorites" and working with large crowds, especially during peak season, can be quite stressful at times.

      Great Benefits and Health insurance. Great discounts on merchandise and Park tickets.

      Pros

      Fantastic Benefits, flexible schedule, and can be a fun atmosphere when the day is right. Job is physically easy and depending on the venue, great coworkers.

      Cons

      Management's don't care about team members. Impossible to developed unless you personally know the hiring manger. While most guest are kind and keep to themselves, the rude guest do not have a problem disrespecting you and getting away with it.
