      Well structured employment. Alot of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Double standards. When asked about working overtime which is not mandatory and you say no, the management will take it against you later.

      Pros

      Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

      Cons

      Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
