Pros

Fun job, cool perks, great coworkers.

Cons

They treat performers like absolute garbage. They expect full availability all day and night—they make hiring contingent on it—and then make you go months without a shift sometimes. You have to re-audition for additional roles...unless you're one of the people they don't make do that...and even then they might bring you out for a day to go through the audition process again, and then tell you that they already decided who they were considering for the role you were schedule to audition for. Favoritism at its finest. They literally put us all in a room to tell us that we're not important to the park, they pay less than every other park in SoCal, and leverage the fact that employees enjoy the craft to abuse them without turnaround.

Pros

Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

Cons

Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
