Pros

Meeting a lot of new people had a good time. It was pretty easy and flew by when it was busy. I enjoyed guest service so there was that as well. Good benefits.

Cons

There is opportunity to move up but only if you sell your time for positions. Started from the bottom, Food stand attendant, been an area lead, to just move up as a lead you had to have a completely open schedule. If you ask for time off in the Summer, Holidays, Horror nights, request denied. That's only for two more dollars a hour, if you ask me not worth it. If you then decide to be a supervisor? Same but more hours, many times 10 hour shifts sometimes even 12, 6 days a week over the summer. People like the OT, others would like to have more time off. But sometimes co worker's make it fun and okay to be there so long. Managers in my department were decent, some could be a little more helpful to employees. If there are issues the problems are because of the people who work above our managers.

Pros

They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

Cons

Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
